Registration

The Registration Desk will be open outside the main meeting room in the Hotel Doubletree by Hilton on:

• Sunday 20 October from 16:00 to 19:00
• Monday 21 October from 16:00 to 19:00
• Tuesday 22 October from 08:30 to 12:00

  Meals and breaks

Meal arrangements are as follows:

• Morning refreshments will be served on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday;
• Lunch will be served on Monday through Thursday;
• Afternoon refreshments will be served on Monday and Tuesday.

  Group photograph

The group photograph will be taken on Friday 25 October during the coffee break.
