Hotel Doubletree by Hilton (the CIML meeting venue)

Below is information concerning the CIML venue hotel:

• A block of 110 rooms has been pre-booked from 20–26 October 2019 at a rate of:

- 110 EUR per night for a single room, and
- 125 EUR per night for a double room.

• This rate includes full buffet breakfast, 20 % VAT, air conditioning, access to the fitness-wellness facilities and wifi.
• There is an additional city tax charge of 1.70 € per person per night (not included in the rates quoted above).
• Check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out time is up to 12:00 noon.
• Rooms can be booked using the code CIML via the special link below.
• A credit card must be provided to guarantee your booking and participants must pay the hotel directly at check-in time.

Cancellation policy

• Please note that rooms can only be booked at this special rate until 11 October 2019.
• Cancellations received before 11 October 2019 will be free of charge. Cancellations after this date will be charged as 100 % of one night's accommodation and applicable taxes.
• No-shows on the expected arrival day will result in a 100 % no-show charge for the whole stay and will be charged to the participant.

Payment

As a guarantee when booking, participants must secure their reservation with a credit card via the secure online system using the link in the section below "How to book your room" (note: the amount will not be charged until your stay, except in the cases described above under "Cancellation policy").
